Bio
Kyle Reidmiller, an emerging artist pursuing his MFA in Painting at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, spent his formative years with his nose lodged in either a fantasy novel or sketchbook.
Hailing from a small home nestled in ten acres of abandoned farmland that resembled the bastard child of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Deliverance, Kyle sought escape in realms of whimsy and fantasy which permeate the concepts he frames his artwork in to this day.
Kyle’s work has been shown regionally around Pennsylvania in both group and solo exhibitions, and he notably created a piece for a charity event at the Westmoreland Museum of American Art. His professional experiences also include numerous show installations for the Miller Gallery at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and two years tutoring Art History at Westmoreland County Community College.
